• The sole internal point of contact for a custom ERP being built by an external vendor — four modules (HRMS, IMS, AMS, LMS) for 350+ employees. Bridges the gap between business users and the vendor: gathers what the business needs, writes clear specs, keeps the vendor on track, and validates every delivery through UAT before go-live.
• Drove HRMS from scratch — ran requirement sessions with HR and management across Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and Performance Management; wrote the full spec and built a working prototype so stakeholders could see and approve the product before it went to the vendor.
• Delivered IMS for Red Thread Hotels (Morjim, Vagator and Calangute, Goa) — gathered requirements directly from the hotel principal, built a working prototype using Claude Code as a reference, and coordinated UAT and go-live with the vendor.
• Handling AMS for company-wide device tracking and currently in the requirements phase for LMS — working with the business to define training paths, content structure, and how it connects to onboarding and performance. Also manages day-to-day ERP issues raised by internal users.
• Built and presented multiple interactive prototypes using Claude Code for stakeholder demos, cutting approval cycles before development was commissioned.
• Reconciled and cleaned 300+ user master records across two live platforms (ERP and HR system), identifying duplicates, mismatches, and access gaps.
• Running daily sanity checks on ERP developments, bug tracking, and new feature deployments to maintain a zero-regression standard before each release.

• Worked as a freelance analyst for Moksha Ayurveda Honey in Uttarakhand, building pricing and sales models to support their revenue planning and margin decisions.
• Built and deployed a self-hosted Proxmox home server from scratch, containerising 8+ services including media streaming, photo backup, DNS filtering, file sync, and VPN.
• Designed and shipped OneFinance end to end: data model, REST API, React front end, and Android APK via Capacitor, all running on self-hosted infrastructure.
